Between the famous ski resorts of Ischgl and Arlberg lies the untrodden Verwall range. There are no gondolas here, even the huts are abandoned during winter. But with a key one can enter them, start a fire and enjoy the cosy winter rooms. The traverse of this beautiful and remote mountain range can be done within three to four days.
